Reliability

You arrive on time, every time. You pass regular drug tests. The team can count on you to be there and perform.

Hard Work

This is a physically demanding, repetitive manufacturing job. We need someone who takes pride in working hard and hitting their numbers day in, day out.

Process Respect

You understand organizational structure, follow process, clean up after yourself, and recognize how your role fits into the bigger picture of the shop.
