Field-based, site to site
As a Ground Hand on FnD Piers' helical installation crew, you are the backbone of every job site. You work directly alongside the operator to move equipment, stage helical piers, manage materials, and keep the job moving safely and efficiently from start to finish.
Whether you're working a DFW residential or commercial site with 35–45 hour weeks, or heading out to New Mexico for heavy midstream pipeline construction at 55–70 hours per week — this role demands physical toughness, situational awareness, and a "get it done" attitude. Overtime pay is available, and minimum 5 hours per day is guaranteed.
You don't wait to be told what to do next. You see the job, you move the pier, you grab the shovel. Self-starters only.
You show up on time, every day. The operator and crew depend on you being there and ready to work. No excuses.
Field work is physical and demanding — sun, dirt, and long days in New Mexico or DFW. We need someone who thrives in that environment.
You support the operator, communicate clearly, and keep the crew moving efficiently and safely. The job only works when everyone plays their part.
Note: This position does not include health, dental, or vision benefits at this time.
This isn't a job where you stand around. From the moment you arrive on site, you're moving equipment, setting piers, shoveling, driving, and cutting pipe. It's hot, it's physical, and it's real work. If that sounds like a day you can handle — and you can do it reliably and professionally — we want to talk to you.
We're a growing company that manufactures our own helical piers and installs them across Texas, New Mexico, and beyond. When you work for FnD Piers, you see the results of your work in the ground every single day.
